I've been watching the bands a lot, and I have not seen any of the
Winlink2000 Pactor PMBO stations very far off their published
frequencies yet (usually they are better than 100Hz accurate). The
system would not work well if they drifted around much. But,
occasionally I do see mobile stations calling a PMBO that are not
right on the proper frequency... when that happens, they don't get a
response from the PMBO station, and eventually give up or try another
frequency.
Or maybe what you are seeing on "Your Frequency" Rich, is not actually
Winlink2000 Pactor? They send an ID. Have you decoded it?
