With the recent discussion here (DXlist) of our reduced use of a
good-old-CQ calls , and the fact that there are no major contests this
weekend, I thought I would stir up a little CQ action for those on the
list.

He's the plan : For UTC Sunday July 23, please simply get on any band
you want (HF) an call CQ at any these times

0000
0200
0400
0800
1200
1600
2000
2200

Please call CQ a few times if you do not get a response right away,
perhaps give it at least 5 minutes of trying to raise someone. Feel
free to operate and call CQ as long as you want! Of course, if you
hear a CQ call, encourage this actvity by responding !

Please log who you work, and if you get the chance , please post the
results here.

This is NOT a contest, no points, no awards. You decide if your CQ is
a plain-old-CQ or "CQ DX" call.

CW or SSB is suggested, leave the digital modes for a future "digital
CQ Shout-Out"
