I hear it loud and clear in central NC. I heard that ARRL has a person who specializes and spectrum protection and has had good results in the past reporting these problems and following thorugh with the FCC. I do not know who this person is though; it was mentioned in a recent QST article. It sure rips up the PSK31 freqs..
