Actually TAPR and some other groups have looked at this EVM but the disinterest 
by hams in earlier EVM projects caused them to drop experimentation.

So, when are you going to acquire one and test it
with commonly available Ham gear?

Seriously, there must be some Hams at TI who have
looked this over.  Didn't they have a Ham Club at
one time?
