I dislike automatic Pactor because it often begins transmitting right on top of other communications without any human listening to hear if such transmission interferes with others. But that is neither here nor there. I will tolerate Pactor (having no real choice in the matter) if it means that we retain 1Khz Olivia and MT-63. These modes, after all, can work through the automated Pactor QRM most times with little difficulty. de Roger W6VZV
