Hi Mark, I believe there is a need for both time efficient and bandwidth efficient methods on the ham bands. For spectrum impact, we should no longer be thinking in frequency-centric terms. Another factor is space-efficiency. If a wider bandwidth signal has much smaller signal strength than a narrow signal, there can be comparisons drawn on the relative spectrum impact, but with different metrics. Bonnie KQ6XA .
