think it might be related to your ISPsince I have never encountered problems here...... the message poasted to the group shows up in under 5 minutes

So, the delayed mail to this group is NOT simply related to my ISP. I sent that mail from my alternate ISP mail server, still took several hours. I posted the same message to another group on Yahoo and it was distributed within 5 minutes!
