[digitalradio] need help with rtty set up for fsk

hi all i need some help
the settup is ts570gs in fsk mode
rig balaster pro with fsk cabe 
software is mixw in in rtty an fsk mode
settings on radio are shift 170 tone 2125 an i have set polarity to on
an off 
my problem is my tx sounds like rtty but on one can copy it they all get
is junk on there screen
