I'm another no-code tech for the last 3+ years (my first transmission was on
APRS). However, I tried to learn code when I was 13 years old (over 30 years
ago) it just did not work for me.

This change is the best thing to happen to Amateur Radio.

Without this change, the hobby would have likely declined in another 20-30
years and the spectrum would someday be sold of for big bucks. Amateur Radio
needs these new people.

I've stayed silent long enough on these forums and mailing lists. I'm sorry
to add to the noise. But I'm now VERY excited about this hobby.

It's the HF digital modes where you'll find me soon.
