I'm sounding. But not using PCALE... it is the IC-F7000. The sounding IDs are 90 minutes apart. The problem with the IC-F7000 is that if the busy channel detector is on, and it hears anything resembling a signal, it postpones the sounding for 30 minutes. If the same thing happens on that channel again in 30 minutes, it keeps postponing 30 minutes... so sometimes it won't sound on any given channel very often.
About an hour ago, somebody linked with me on 14109.5 using the callsign "NOCALLSIGN". I was away from the operating position and didn't respond right away.
