It's important to remember that JT65 uses a timed sequence and you have to be 
in sync with the other guy. Make sure the clock on your PC is accurate. Each 
station transmits for one minute and listens for one minute; one will TX on the 
odd minute the other on the even. 

You can determine who's first and who's second by monitoring so it's not a big 
deal. It's a good idea to let the other guy know who goes first when making a 
sked. The exchange is simple and would go somehting like this if you were the 
one calling CQ:
