I was operating PSK31 on 20m this morning and made 3 or 4 qso's. Apparently, I was badly splattering and if so, want to apologize to the other operators I may have qrm'd. That is not the way I was brought up :-[
I'm not sure what the problem is because I got good signal reports from 2 stations (one using the new RSQ reporting) and splattering reports from two other stations.
