If you have a ssb transceiver and computer you can get
on the digital modes very easy.  PSK31 is one of the
easy modes to use. 
 Just come off the sound card of your computer and go
into the audio of the transceiver, and come off the
speakers of the transceiver (or some low level output
depending on the trandceiver) and go into the input of
the sound card.  If you just want to recieve to start
with, you can place the microphone of the computer
next to the receiver speaker.

scan tv programs.
