You must trash the .fldigi folder when upgrading to 2.0 I have found.

Rick, I tried to upgrade from 1.37 to 2.04 and had a similar problem. I will email you a tar/gz of 1.37. I am not sure it works with FLARQ but it does include PSK250 so it is worth a try. I am running FLDIGI 2.01 on another computer but the operating system is not UBUNTU - it is puppy. Howard K5HB
