Actually, I doubt that Winlink did much of anything. The original post read a lot more like a PR effort by people with an agenda than anything of substance. I've done disaster communications in fires, earthquakes, and drills, and Winlink never amounted to anything. I doubt that has changed. de Roger W6VZV
