I would be dubious about a "better: soundcard digging the signals out
of the noise. I'm not sure about DSP speakers since i have never
tried them . something like the Autex QF-1A CW/SSB filter might help
and can be picked up sometimes on Ebay for very little. You may first
want to try the free DSP software at
http://mmhamsoft.amateur-radio.ca/files/programs/DSPFIL111E.exe DSP
Filter BY JE3HHT - Makoto Mori , this software will help you dig
things out of the noise but since it uses your PC's soundcard, there
is a 1-2 second delay in the audio you hear, (audio from your receiver
is fed in to the PC, analyzed, then played via your speakers a second
or so later).
