That reminds me of a concept where SSTV would be utilized in a backward fashion.. The image sent would be used to modulate the signal, as usual. The difference is that data is in the image, but in order to "get it", you have to actually listen to the audio from the signal. Looking at the image would make you think of modern art, perhaps.
