We can only use USB phone on the 5 spot frequencies in the 60 meter band here in the U.S. No digital modes, nor even CW allowed. I find that there is not much activity from my location in the U.S. I thought at first it was just a poor antenna, but even with a modest dipole, signals are generally not very strong and not easy to make a contact.
