As we all know, it's best to resize them to keep the transmit time down. InfranView does a nice job - http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm Resizing... Open image file - click IMAGE then RESIZE / RESAMPLE. Images can be resized by setting the height and width or as a percentage of the original. Small B&W images (200x150 pixel) should only take 30 seconds or so to transmit. Good for mug-shots. Color images take longer. Tony -K2MO
