The quick update is.. latest beta is 0.3.11.0 released this weekend.
Program is now much more stable, less Windows related crashes. Connects are easier to establish. Less "ping-ponging" Thruput under noisy/weak conditions is still "so-so" Thruput with a good signal and well adjusted audio levels rivals that of Pactor II. RMS servers now about to be activated.
