As for me, I'll wait until I hear it from someone more official than a customer 
service agent.  "Agent 3820" is not a FCC federal agent, but rather a customer 
service agent who will only base their opinion on what is right in front of 
them....same as the earlier ruling that it was "illegal".  

Let's hear it from the lawyers and engineers first, then I'll feel more 
comfortable.
