[digitalradio] Two problems in ROS V2.2.2

Hi everyone, I have two problems in V2.2.2.

1.Soundcard misidentification,
 1-1. Soundcard setting dialog is as follows,
    Device input: (8-devices)
     SigmaTel Audio
     SB 5.1 VX
     713x BDA Analog Audio Capture
     Virtual Cable 1
     Virtual Cable 2
     USB Audio
     C-Media USB Headphone Set
     C-Media USB Headphone Set (2) <---select
    Device output: (7-devices)
     SigmaTel Audio
     SB 5.1 VX
     Virtual Cable 1
     Virtual Cable 2
     USB Audio
     C-Media USB Headphone Set
     C-Media USB Headphone Set (2) <---select
 1-2. Click the save button,
    C-Media USB Headphone Set (2) seems to be set input device.
 1-3. Click the PTT button,
    Output signal semms to come from C-Media USB Headphone Set,
    not come from C-Media USB Headphone Set (2).
 1-4. Click the Soundcard(in the tool bar) again,
    Sound card dialog is as follows,
    Device input:
     C-Media USB Headphone Set <--- not (2)
    Device output:
     C-Media USB Headphone Set <--- not (2)
    Setting is not save.

2.PTT chattering,
   If I  clicked the PTT button, then serial port signal changed 
   OFF --> ON --> OFF --> ON.
   In the case of my PC(PentiumD 3GHz, WinXP-SP3),
   OFF --> ON(11.5ms) --> OFF(0.5ms) --> ON.
   My friend is using a slow CPU. In that case, it becomes clear
   chattering.
