There is a (possibly) useful URL on the pskreporter.info site that provides
advice on the best band to listen on.

http://pskreporter.info/cgi-bin/psk-freq.pl?grid=en&mode=psk31&freq=1807000,3580000,7035000,7070000,10140000,18100000,21070000,21080000,24920000,28120000

This returns (at the time of writing)

7035000 416 86 3 1
3580000 14 10 0 1
10140000 6 3 1 2
7070000 1 1 0 1
# frequency score #spots #tx #rx
# grid en%, 15 mins

This is all interpreted as: find the best frequency from the list of
frequencies in the freq parameter to receive psk31 (mode) signals for a
receiver in 'EN' (grid).

The first token on the first line of the response is the best frequency, the
first token on the second line is the second best etc.

The mysterious numbers after the frequency are probably not very useful.
