I don't care if Mr. ROS will be angry on me, but here is another way of blocking this "back-door" software. You can use a sandbox and run ROS in a totally isolated environment . Here is a great software made by Ronen Tzur: http://www.sandboxie.com/
Sandboxie is free and easy to use, but remember to block out Internet access like this: -From the menu choose: Sandbox/Defaultbox/Restriction/ "Internet Access" and choose "Block all Programs" . A nice thing with Sandboxie is the "terminate function" . When ROS thinks it has taken control over your computer , the only thing you have to do is to terminate all programs in the sandbox. Then ROS is gone and your system is clean.
