Andy, Most of these are encrypted so don't expect much to read.
A good one to try in the USA is on 8.4785MHz USB. They often run a test tape in the clear. When tuned in (and the right parameters set) you should see: OO FAAA DE RFLIE ZNR UUUUU ZUI TESTING RYRYRYRYRYRYRYRY SGSGSGSGSGSGSGSG NNNN .. repeated over and over. Try 600 bd, long interleave, 5 data bits (ITA2), 1 stop bit, no parity. Sigmira does an admirable job of 4285 decoding.
