  - Fix a bug in 'dim clone' where '-n' option had no effect.
  - Fix a bug in 'dim clone' where a clone could include or be included
    in another one.
  - Fix a bug in 'dim clone' where copy was not performed at clone creation.
  - Fix a bug in 'dim clone' where copy did not abort in case of
    unsaved content.
