dim-0-mv39
  - Fix a bug in wd in the case of blank lines inserted at the
    beginning of the file.
  - Removed dotty workaround.
  - Improved code comments in dim.
  - The 'dim mkitem' command does not create an item from PWD anymore.
  - Do not create an item when in dry-run mode, i.e. dim mkitem -n.
