dim-0-mv45
    - delete unused function tgz().
    - Better -n processing in do_export().
    - The path of clones is stored in $dimlib/$item/.dim/+<n>/path.
    - Fix a bug where the executable bit was not applied during import
      (reported by Philippe Bergheaud).
