- New options -N and -O for wdiff

- The initial mkitem of external items is performed at import
rather than hget. It is now possible to remove the item/$item
directory and recreate it correctly from achives.
- The item is automatically created on http server at export. It is
not necessary anymore to run "dim export item-0".
- The generation of user RSA private and public keys has been added.
It is not yet used.
- The commands hget and hput now check and display file size, and
remove incomplete transfers.
- The user creation process on HTTP server does not depend anymore
on a web browser. The first "dim mkuser" command initiates a
request to the HTTP server, the second one with the provided emailed
key, confirms and completes it.
- The user metadata are now received as well by the hget command.
