dim-0.4.3:
- Added "-u Url" option, for get and put commands.
- Fix a bug in urlenc, where newline was not encoded.

The log entry contains comments from 0-4.2-pb[12], which has not
been merged yet.
Please edit your ~/.dimrc to remove "name" and "passwd" entries, and
add newlines around RSA private key, inside the variable.
Please remove the content of ~/dimlib/user, and do "dim get" again to
received updated public user entries.
