dim-0.4.6-mv6
  - "dim merge" saves the destination clone content before merging
     instead of complaining. Does not yet save the source version if it
     is a clone.
  - s/put_item/put_dir/
  - "dim put -a" copy dimlib/user directory if url is not http. Useful
    for backups using "dim put -aU file:/mnt/usbkey".
  - Fix a bug in rsync url processing.
