   Changed mount file format to allow blanks in mount point pathnames.
   This format change only impacts recursive mounts.
   New internal functions:
   mset file key data
        add (key, data) pair to file
   mget file
        print all keys from file
   mget file key
        print data of (key, data) pair from file
   munset file key
        delete (key, data) pair from file
