First version of the internal command dim2dim
usage: dim2dim Spec
Translate a dim specification Spec into dim variables.
A dim specification is [Jobdir]:[Item][Version], where
Jobdir is a job directory (default: current job)
Item is the name of an item (default: current item)
Version is a version of the item (default: current version)
Note: work in progress, do no use this version of dim.
