*Role: CRM BA Web Analyst* *Location: New Jersey* *Duration: 6 Months * *Job Type: Contract / Full Time* *Job Description:* Works with Project Manager to analyze interactive Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) system data in response to business to consumer marketing initiatives Generates standard reports to track E-CRM initiatives and web traffic Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed to address marketing questions *Responsibilities: * - Pull data from disparate database systems and compile for analysis - Perform standard and ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner - Automate ad hoc requests when appropriate - Communicate learning in an accessible manner to non-technical partners - Identify, troubleshoot and resolve CRM data issues in conjunction with interactive marketing team and technical analysts. - Conduct data audit to maintain integrity of the data environment, resolving issues and discrepancies as needed - Produce clearly written, well-organized documentation. *Skills Required:* * * - Bachelor's degree required, quantitative focus preferred - 1+ years work experience with CRM and Web data analysis.
