· *Description: *Programmer/Analyst, Technical Systems Development. Develops and maintains specific application programs and supports other development projects as needed. · *Complete Description*: -Modifies existing and/or creates new software for specific company/clients needs. -Analyzes end user data and computing needs and develops user oriented solutions which may/may not interface with existing applications. -Coordinates all aspects of implementation and training to support new programs/system. -Writes and/or revises program documentation including operations and user guides. -Provides input to BAs to prolong system life or to recommend timely replacement. -Performs software product evaluation, including planning, installation, testing and technical support for the end-user and the operations staff. -Supports the installation planning for applications program requirements. -Assists operations staff in the set up, testing and support of the intricate hardware installations. 1)Cold Fusion, .ASP, .NET, outside vendor and CTRL-M experience. 2)Hyperion Essbase experience 3)Serena Version Manager/PVCS Admin experience 4)Provide secondary Admin support for Hyperion Essbase and primary support for Serena Version Manager/PVCS. 5)Monitors Carlson infrastructure changes and determines impact to PS environment. 6)Coordinates with Carlson Infrastructure and DBAs for emergency ticket resolution 7)Monitors ticket queue to work on new tickets.
