ü 5+ Experience as a technical team lead that also developed software
while leading
ü 3 Websphere Integration Developer
ü 2 Websphere Rational Application Developer
ü 2 Work experience in system testing which includes the development of
test plans, test cases and conducting testing sessions.
ü 2 Experience in using IBM WebSphere tools.
ü Strong Analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills
with the ability to envision a solution from requirements.
ü Strong Interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus
building, and negotiating skills.
