These Skills Are A Must: * Candidate should have at least 5 years experience (more like 10 years) * Heavy SQL server 2005 upgrade experience (they are converting from 2000-2005) * Cluster experience (they do everything so need to know it) * DTS-SSIS experience * At least 5 years of experience * Open to working weekends and after hours at times (40-45 hours/ wk) * Replication experience is a plus This project is on-going through 2010.This is a huge project with thousands of people working on it, the DBA's will float around working with whomever needs them. Microsoft will be part of interviewing process. This project will also consist of major upgrades involving approximately 450 applications of all sizes with 5 Project Managers and 1 Program Manager.
