Everything is a must have I would have everything on there ESPECIALLY SHAREPOINT. Description of candidate: Strong .Net Framework experience VB.Net or C#. Both are preferred ADO.Net SQL Server a must Oracle a plus SharePoint Portal Server 2003 MOSS 2007 experience Migration from 03 to 07 ASP/VB a plus. Must have: 6+yrs. experience Very solid communication skills Must work with a minimum of supervision and be able to analyze problems, come up with solutions and implement them. Willing and able to do production support.
