Need *TIBCO* Developer with I Process and Workflow Modeling in SOA/ESB for 12+ mths in Stamford, CT. Rate is open. Certified preferred. Key Responsibilities * Design and Development of event driven and service oriented integrations using the *Tibco* Business Works platform. * Good Knowledge in I Process and Workflow Modeling related *Good knowledge in SOA/ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) * Good understanding of SDLC methodologies. * Strong background in XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH, X-QUERY * etc..,) * Hands on experience with developing UML models, Activity diagrams, sequence diagrams etc.., * Good knowledge of SOAP, BPEL, XPDL standards. * Experience in working with JAVA, J2EE,Dot Net web services and overall understanding of RDBMS (Oracle & SQL Server) * Strong understanding of JMS * Knowledge / Experience in * *TIBCO* HAWK, SMART MAPPER, ACTIVE DATABASE ADAPTER & EMS a plus * Ability to provide guidance to the developers and lead them through the development effort. * 5-6 years software development experience beyond education. * Excellent written and oral communications skills. * Strong problem solving skills with a disciplined and structured approach to problem resolution. * Demonstrate knowledge and experience in developing software applications in an enterprise environment using Agile development techniques. * Strong Object Orientated Programming fundamentals. * Demonstrate knowledge and experience with structured query language * (SQL) and query tools to create complex queries. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or related field - or equivalent experience. * Three+ years software development and minimum 1-year experience in a * distributed web-application environment. * Very strong organizational skills and ability to use time effectively. * Good understanding of database structures, understanding of how to manipulate and segment datasets and ability to create database queries. * Experience in prioritizing requests and responsibilities effectively. * Willingness to learn new technologies and new processes (this may mean doing some self-study on your own time); * Ability to work flexible hours needed. * Proactive and show initiative in identifying areas of application improvement. * Work effectively individually or as part of a team. * Creative, detail-orientated and disciplined. * Passionate about software development.
