**Location :* Tampa FL
*Duration *: 9 months Plus

  Over 5 years of extensive experience as a PeopleSoft Functional
  Consultant in Analysis, Design, customization and Testing of PeopleSoft
  applications.
  Proficient in the implementation, upgrade and post-production of
  PeopleSoft HRMS Modules which includes Base Benefits, Benefit
  Administration, e-Benefits, Core HR, and Payroll modules
  Expertise in Query and Reporting Tools such as SQR, Crystal Reports and
  PS Query.
  Experience developing Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts.
  Good understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, web-logic and
  RDBMS concepts.
  Worked extensively in Software Development with involvement in all phases
  of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  Excellent analytical and Communication skills, capable of working
  independently or in a team.

  Works with other Business Analysts, partner organizations and clients to
  create and review specifications for simple to high complexity
  customization. Delivers documentation according to schedule deadlines and
  budgets, adhering to company standards, processes, and procedures. Sets
  and manages expectations of project teams and clients. Uses best
  practices and re-use objects to complete specifications; proactively
  contributes to the best practice and re-use repository. Involves more
  experienced associates or subject matter experts on complex designs;
  seeks opportunities to establish themselves as a subject matter expert or
  gain subject matter expertise. Proactively provides weekly status on
  assignments using company tools and processes; consistently presents
  issues with recommended course of action, having understood possible
  impacts of decision. Able to manage multiple assignments of various
  complexities at one time and understand dependencies between assignments
  and overall project. Able to use project management/coordination
  principles and coordinate low – high complexity projects. Tracks budget,
  issues and resolutions and changes to assignments. Proactive and
  accountable attitude for all assignments; takes ownership and
  accountability for completing all assignments.


  6 years experience as a Business Analyst with in-depth experience in
  functional design and requirements gathering, as it pertains to
  customizations with PeopleSoft or other HR/Benefits/Payroll systems.
  Effective listening, written and oral communication skills required.
  Strong understanding and experience of HR/Benefits/Payroll processes.
  Proven ability to project manage/coordinate multiple projects through the
  system development lifecycle (analysis through support); ability to
  manage budget, timeline, change controls and other project related tasks.

  Proven ability to manage time, projects and multiple competing
  priorities.
  Ability to work under pressure of time constraints and to prioritize
  assignments necessary.
  PC literacy in MS/DOS, Windows and advanced functions of common business
  software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
  Consulting experience is a plus, but is not required.
