according to user specifications
• Ability to coach the technical development of less senior Developers
• Ability to analyze and resolve multiple, complex problems
• Complete tasks independently/interdependently.
• Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills so as to
effectively serve as lead liaison business
Customers, technology development, and support groups.
• Ability to research and recommend alternative actions for problem
resolution
• Ability to test and implement system and enhancements using techniques

• Project Management:
• Develop time estimates for project schedules, monitor progress and
provide accurate and timely reports.

• Manage resolution of problems and escalate as required.
• Work across projects to synchronize data analysis efforts and
deliverables.
• Negotiate and manage team relationships at project level.
• Support the organization's project management policy, practice, and
methodology.

• Responsible for immediate response to production problems.
