System Administrator Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 months Rate: $50/Hr Need only locals for In-person Interview. Description: Staff member dedicated onsite technical resource to maintain our client/server environment. This includes the our LAN/WAN, server, client-side desktops, client based applications and services. The Local System Administrator will be scheduled to comply with our established hours of operations. Responsibilities will include: Responding to support calls received from the our Service Desk. Provide support to our LAN/WAN devices Provide support to back-office servers, applications and services Provide support to client systems, applications and peripherals. Provide desktop image management. Coordinate problem resolution with specific 3rd party applications with 3rd party software vendor. Perform desktop deployments. Complete Move, Add, and Change requests. Perform user account management. Assist with Asset management. Assist with Software License management. Maintain site documentation. Participate in our technology integrations, expansions, and transitions initiatives.
