Provide timely and accurate progress status on all ongoing mitigation activities, with an emphasis on problems, issues, and concerns. Work with client groups to ensure that contact center equipment is properly installed and configured based on specific project requirements. Evaluate and recommend new or upgraded products. Experience Level: *7 - 9 Years in contact center technologies (PBX/ACD, IVR, CTI, Call Routing, **Call Recording****, **Workforce Management****). * *1. Top 3-5 technical skills you are looking for. Nortel Meridian Max and Meridian Link technical knowledge specifically and technical integration knowledge with peripheral systems (e.g., IVR, CTI, **call recording****, workforce management, reader boards, etc) * 2.
