Position: Java Developer
Duration: 6 MONTHS
Location: Wall Street, NY
Rate: $50-$65 DOE
Scope of Work:
A Java developer who will be part of a eTrading development team developing
and supporting an eTrading application which offers our clients access to
Futures exchanges around the globe.
Competencies: Technical Requirements: (in the order of importance)
*Minimum two years of FIX protocol experience (MUST)*
Five years or more of Java hands on experience
*Experience with any messaging framework such as JMS, Tibco EMS, MQ.*
Experience on developing eTrading applications
*Knowledge of Futures markets *
Good OO concepts
Good SQL skills
Experience in client and exchange connectivity a plus.
Scripting skills in languages such as Perl
Well versed with Unix
Non-Tech Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong organizational
skills, Ability work in a team or independently
