The consultant will lead to facilitate blueprint sessions with the client for the initial 4 months followed by 8 months Realization and Go Live activities. The consultant should have 7+ years of SAP HCM and 3+ years of SAP ECM experience including specific experience with merit increase functionality. The scope is merit increases and the design will incorporate 31 countries so Global experience is necessary. Good communication skills are essential.
