Will be a member of a team consisting of both onshore and offshore (India) resources. Participate in an on call rotation providing 24x7 support. This person will conduct system and application analysis to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions. The ideal candidate must have solid interpersonal skills as they will support a porject team with senior developers and management to direct problems to appropriate resources for resolution.
