ROLE: Technical Category Management Analyst We are working to implement
Oracle Category Management R12 and need a technical resource to support the
track. Some of the skills required include: •Experience of all stages of an
application implementation: Design, Build, Test, Train, Deliver •Ability to
design, create and test RETL scripts to bring data to and from the RPAS
environment •Ability to configure both the front end and back end of the
application (Create custom measures, design batch scripts, create custom
logic (Calculations within the tool or batch), etc.) •Ability to cross train
Deloitte resources on the configuration of the Category Management
application •History of working with Oracle RPAS (Retail Predictive
Application Server) applications and understanding of how RPAS works
•Experience creating testing documentation and completing the test phase for
a Category Management implementation (Functional and Integration Testing)
•Ability to calculate sizing estimates for hardware procurement based on
data density •Experience working with the client in client facing roles
•Fully understand the roles and what workbooks relate to the following key
functionality areas: Macro Rationalization, Macro Space Rationalization,
Assortment Rationalization, Assortment Optimization Some "Nice to Have"
skills include: •Experience conducting a Conference Room Pilot for Category
Management •Experience creating business process documentation for Category
Management •Experience creating functional requirement documentation for
Category Management
