Need a candidate who can architect, design and follow through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. Strong experience with N-tier experience. Need to have good expertise in HEDIS/ JOINT COMMISSION Someone who has experience with Cognos SDK Development (particularly in developing portals by using Cognos SDK) Person who has dealt with delivering large portals and doing drill down metrics and dashboard. Process re-engineering, Process Map AS-IS to TO-BE process. Follow DMAIC process follows through Kaizen to Lean process improvement to Six Sigma. Realizing and mitigating the control weaknesses of the data quality and impact on finance Having a business analysis perspective to provide a great return in investment Has managed large teams software development and business analyst Someone that has worked on data warehousing issues to improve the quality of data. Experience using Business Intelligence tools Ability to make presentations to senior level management about returns on investments Proven analytical skills and familiarity with statistics for data analysis. Analyzing the healthcare data and mapping the data to provide quality of data and provide business analysis which could do cost saving.
