LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE STRONGLY PREFERRED AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
IS A MUST.
Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in a
related field.
General Experience:
Must have 6 years of computer experience in at least two of the following
disciplines:
systems analysis
systems programming
application programming
equipment analysis
experience providing production support for a 24x7 application.
1-2 years of Project Management experience is a plus.
Specialized Experience:
At least 3 year of experience developing applications using advanced
technologies, such as Internet protocols or web-based technology.

iPlanet 6.1
Java/J2EE
Weblogic/Websphere
Oracle
PL/SQL SQL
Actuate 9 BI/Reporting
XML
Images - TIFF
Sterling Software's Connect Direct
Duties:
Must provide production support for a 24x7 application, manage issues,
provide level-3 support, and perform break-fixes.
This includes being on call during a rotation.
Candidate Profile:
Be able to become familiar with the application in a rapid time frame.
Provide analysis of issues and propose solutions in a comprehensive manner.
To be able to work and think on their feet, with minimal supervision.
To be able to convey resolutions or explain issues understandable to
non-technical personnel
Have good communication skill sets
