Job Description: Our client has a need for four (4) SAP HR Conversion Developers to design, document, build and unit test SAP enhancements, modifications, interfaces, customizations and reports as required. The candidates MUST be proficient ABAP Programmers, specializing in Data Conversion. Required Skills/Experience: - Min 3-6 yrs exp. in SAP ABAP programming - mostly in Data Conversion. - 1-2 Full Lifecyle implementations. - Proficient in SAP conversion programming methodologies at release 4.6 or above. (e.g. HCM Data Transfer Toolbox, LSMW, BAPI, IDOC, Call Transaction, Direct Input, BDC, CATT). - Completed 4 - 7 full cycle SAP implementations - 4 – 7 years experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, CM, CS, PM, BN, PD, TEM). - 4 - 7 years experience with SAP CRM, SRM, BW, XI, EP 6.0, WAS 6.40, and/or Solutions Manager, would be a plus. - 2 - 4 years experience in EP 6.0 Portal development preferred. - MySAP HR 2004 development environment desired. - 4 - 7 years experience in SAP ABAP Workbench / Development Environment. - Skillful in developing and utilizing ABAP Programs, Function Modules, RFCs, BAPIs, Dialog Programming, User Exists, BADIs, ALE, IDOCs, SAPscript, SmartForms, Call Transactions and BDC. - 4 - 7 years experience with report development. - 4 - 7 years experience developing technical designs from functional specs. - 4 - 7 years technical documentation experience to define and write Technical Detailed Design Specifications (TDDS) in support of the build solution - 3 - 7 years experience in off-shore integration development model whereby developer written TDDS is sent off-shore for development and back to core team for testing. - 4 - 7 years experience in developing enhancements that are Unicode enabled for use in a multilingual / multinational application (Localization & Internationalization) would be preferred. - 4 - 7 years experience with Security Components (Roles, Profiles, Standard Authorizations, Structural Authorizations, Context Sensitive Authorizations, etc.) would be a plus. - 4 - 7 years experience with ALE, IDocs, XML, EDI, SOAP, Web Services, would be a plus. - Experience with Mercury Test Director would be a plus. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop data conversion as SME on the data conversion team throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. - Work with Functional Analysts and Business Analysts to clarify ambiguity in functional specs. - Develop and thoroughly document enhancements. - Work with overall IT teams to build efficient and concise processes. - Ensure development work is properly tested. - Work collaboratively across project teams. - Plan and organize development work and deliverables. - Challenge/clarify requirements for development work to allow for a simpler, more standard solution. - Minimize customization effort and pushing to leverage standard SAP functionality. - Solve complex technical problems through research and technical detective work. - Learn new technologies and processes quickly. - Quickly adapt to changes in timeliness and sequences. -- Regards Prasad SCube Infotech, Inc.
